CCCPET conducts festival management to Mabalacat City
CCCPET Director EZ collaborated with Mabalacat Cultural Council headed Tourism Officer mr. Arwin Lingat, CHS Alumni on the festival management training for the schools of the city. Prior to the training, the Creative Council Convened to review and reconceptualize the 20 year old festival and enhance a deeper narrative on the street dance and stage presentations. Participated by representatives from 56 schools the workshop was conducted from January 12-13, 2023. The trainor were CCP Premier danseur Nonoy Froilan and Edna Vida. The objectives of the festival management was to develop a new format for the festival and to provide a historical approach grounded on the iconic Balacat tree.
